Pacific Gourmet Cooking Classes offer a wide variety of cooking courses in Hawaii, covering regional cuisines (France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and clever twists on American staples) as well as themed classes (Sunday brunch, hors d’oeuvres, elegant diner parties, and cheese).
